At this stage, Isle of Omni offers free shipping on all orders within New Zealand only.
All Isle of Omni items are shipped from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse. Delivery within New Zealand is expected to take place between 3-5 business days after your order is confirmed.
If you are interested in overseas orders please email email@example.com let us know where you live and we will look at whether we can arrange a custom delivery.
Orders for countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to bank charges, import duties and taxes which are applied when the order reaches the destination country – Isle of Omni takes no responsibility for any additional charges placed on orders after the product has been shipped.

Refunds & Returns
We always want you to be delighted with your Isle of Omni purchase, but if for some reason you are not then you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them, provided the products returned are in complete, perfect condition, they are unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. All Quilts and Pillows are final sale and not returnable.
We strive to deliver a fantastic experience – so our returns and refund process is easy! We don’t deal with many returns, so we ensure that each one is handled with care and personal attention.
To start the process simply download the returns form below, fill it out and send it to us along with your items. Please ensure that you include proof of purchase with your returned item. Without proof-of-purchase, a gift card or exchange voucher will be offered at the lowest selling price for the returned item. Isle of Omni will always uphold your rights under the consumer guarantees act 1993. If you believe that your rights have been violated, please contact us so that we can work with you to reach a positive solution.
If you receive goods that are damaged or faulty – we will replace them!
Promotions are only valid during the specified time frame and while supplies last. Purchased goods are still eligible for returns and refunds, but they must be returned in new condition and with all packaging and promotional products or materials (including any give-aways in original condition). ISLE OF OMNI reserves the right to charge the full recommended retail price for the gifted item if the promotional products or materials are used or not returned in their original condition.
All promotion codes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. At checkout or when placing an order, no more than one promotional code can be used. They cannot be combined with any other promotion code or offer and must be redeemed by the deadline. ISLE OF OMNI reserves the right, at any time, to cancel or refuse the use of any promotional code.
All promotional codes must be entered during the checkout process and cannot be applied to previous or retrospective orders. The usage times will be specified in the marketing materials. Outside of this time period, the code cannot be used. Discount codes are not valid on gift card purchases.

Where are Isle of Omni products made?
Isle of Omni products come from a range of partnered fair-trade producers and manufacturers. The flax that goes into our linen is grown in France & Belgium and our organic cotton is grown in Turkey (towels) and India (cotton bedding). From their organically farmed sources, raw materials are sent to our partner factories in Turkey & India for manufacturing.
What are the benefits of buying organic homeware products?
There are a number of benefits realised when buying organic homeware products – for you, for the people making the products and for the planet. Looking purely at the benefits to the final product, most organic products sold by Isle of Omni will be; naturally hypoallergenic, great at regulating temperature, they will be soft to touch and they will be highly durable. What thread-count are Isle of Omni sheets?
There is much more to a quality sheet than the thread count – but if that’s what you are hunting… our Organic Cotton Sheet Sets are available in either a 500TC or 1000TC version. Be sure to look beyond thread count and to also pay attention to the weave, the fabric, the dyes and the finish. Isle of Omni cotton sheets are all Sateen weave, with extra long-staple fabric, and are only solid-dyed with natural colours – leaving you with a soft, natural feeling sheet that will provide a fantastic nights sleep! Meanwhile, Isle of Omni Linen products are all 40 x 40 LEA, 100% French & Belgian flax linen which has been enzyme washed to ensure the softest finish.
How deep are your fitted sheets?
All Isle of Omni Fitted Sheets feature an extra-large 50cm ‘pocket’ or ‘drop’ – making them easy to fit and suitable for larger mattresses.
Do Isle of Omni sheets wrinkle?
As a natural product, without any added nasty chemicals to keep your sheets wrinkle-free, yes your Isle of Omni sheets may wrinkle more than a conventional product.
Should I wash Isle of Omni Sheets before using?
Yes! We haven’t run our sheets through a chemical wash like most companies do, they are designed to shrink slightly to create a more snug fit to your bed as you wash them.
