Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is MACVAD Limited, trading as Isle of Omni, of
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter.
2.4 Entry is free.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens on Monday, 2 November 2026 at [INSERT TIME] NZDT.
3.2 Entries close at 11:59pm NZDT on Sunday, 22 November 2026.
3.3 Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, an eligible entrant must, during the Competition Period:
1. Visit the Isle of Omni Instagram competition post; and
2. Comment on the competition post telling us which bedding size they would choose: Queen, King or Super King.
Unless otherwise stated, one entry per person will be accepted.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded from the draw.
There is no additional cost to enter the competition.
5. Following Isle of Omni
Following the Isle of Omni Instagram account is not required to enter the competition.
Entrants are invited to follow Isle of Omni to see the winner announcement, Isle of Omni content and upcoming Black Friday offers.
6. Prize
There is one prize package to be won consisting of:
- One Isle of Omni Organic Cotton Duvet Cover;
- Matching Organic Cotton Sheets;
- Matching Organic Cotton Pillowcases (set of 2) standard size;
- Winner's choice of Queen, King or Super King size; and
- One Black Honey Nectar & Tea Medium Candle.
The total recommended retail value of the prize is:
Queen Set: $299
King Set: $349
Super King Set $379
The prize is subject to availability.
The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
7. Winner Selection
7.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
7.2 The draw will take place on Monday, 23 November 2026.
7.3 The draw will be conducted by Isle of Omni.
7.4 The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official Isle of Omni Instagram account.
7.5 Isle of Omni will never ask the winner to pay a fee to claim their prize.
8. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to the Promoter's direct message within 5 business days of being contacted and provide the information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is found to be ineligible or does not otherwise comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.
Any redraw will be conducted using the same random selection method.
9. Delivery
The prize will be delivered to a New Zealand delivery address supplied by the winner.
COURIER COSTS ARE COVERED BY ISLE OF OMNI
The winner is responsible for ensuring the delivery information supplied is accurate.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the competition will be used by the Promoter to:
- Administer the competition;
- Verify the winner's eligibility;
- Contact the winner; and
- Arrange delivery of the prize.
11. Publicity
Subject to applicable law, the winner agrees that the Promoter may announce their Instagram username / first name for the purpose of announcing the winner.
12. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the promotion or provision of the prize and release Instagram from responsibility in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
13. General
By entering the competition, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and eligibility of entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
